Baha'is believe in the Prophet Muhammad and in the holy Qur'an. We accept the Imam Ali as the successor of Muhammad. Just as the Qur'an says that God (Allah) sent guidance to humanity before Muhammad, Baha'is believe that God will continue to send guidance to us after Him. Baha'is are followers of Baha'u'llah, who brings this guidance in the modern age.

Baha'is know that many people to not know the truth about the Baha'i Faith because the truth has been withheld from them and the facts distorted.

You can find out more about the Baha'is and about our teachings by looking at www.bahai.org and at my website www.northill.demon.co.uk

You do not upset me - searching for truth is something each of us must do and it is difficult to do this when we are surrounded by misinformation. Fortunately, you are able to search for truth.

Very nice. My typical weekend begins with Baha'i devotions on Saturday evening, Quaker silent worship on Sunday mornings, followed by Quran class at the Mosque. My children no longer think it strange as they go with me from one to the other.

Baha'is here, in Topeka, Kansas, hosted a coffeehouse discussion last night. This time a former Catholic priest (and past-president of Interfaith of Topeka) came with his sister and her husband. The retired priest calls Baha'i, "the inter-faith faith" and praises us often - that's what caught his sister's attention. We'll see if they show up again. They were invited to join us for devotions.

I look forward to the new book.

What a wonderful wandering week! All that amazing religious history, local and international. It gives the lie to the idea that some are putting about that religion is dead.
